The views and beach was Certainly beautiful. The stroll for the beach is what I loved the most. The house itself just isn't in good shape. It can be previous and very outdated. The furniture was not comfortable in the least and never good with small kids due to very pointy edges, the mattresses need to be thrown out and new ones brought in. You may feel the springs when laying on them.

I loved that there had been two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for adults who would like to travel collectively. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not lease it again or advocate it to a friend.
